Savannah - Atlanta

Ready for the Movie Tour!
The most famous movie partially shot in Savannah is Forrest Gump, here below there is the spot where the opening scene has been shot
And this is the restaurant where Jenny is working while she sees Forrest on the news
Another great movie shot in Savannah is Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, adaptation of the book of the same name by John Berendt, that also features the famous Bird Girl statue (today is situated in the Telfair Museum).
Here below is the Mercer House, originally owned by Johnny Mercer's grandfather (the famous songwriter that wrote Moon River), where the main character Jim Williams, played by Kevin Spacey, lives, and few others locations
We are going to have lunch where John Cusack did at Clary's, we have ordered: Corned Beef Hash and the Grilled Reuben Sandwich: thinly sliced corned beef, imported swiss cheese, Russian dressing and sauerkraut grilled on caraway rye bread with fries & a pickle.
Ok and now let's go to to Atlanta!!! I will see you there :-)
